We have FREE USPS SHIPPING for all First Class USPS shipping over $93.
Simply select the Free Shipping USPS First Class option in the shipping
options when you Checkout. If your total is below $93 you have a choice of shipping options.
If you want to upgrade to a faster USPS
or FedEx shipping you can choose that option.
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are dissatisfied
with your purchase for any reason and choose to return it within 30
days of receipt you will receive a prompt refund of your choice:
a replacement, a credit good towards your next purchase, or a check.
The amount of the refund is the net amount of merchandise purchased
(not including shipping) minus a restocking fee. The jewelry must
not have been worn and must be in the same condition as when you received
it. Please note that all sales are Final for Specially Priced items
(closeout and special sale items) and any return request made later
than 30 days from receipt, these products are not eligible for Return.

When you receive your new jewelry, if for some reason the color or size just will not work for you or as a gift, then please return the product or exchange it for another piece of Victorian Elegance Jewelry.
Some of the products are handcrafted to your choices of stones, colors and styles. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks delivery for these handcrafted items. There are only a few of these items that require additional time for shipping. Look for these special delivery time frames in the product descriptions as you shop.
